Bahan :

  • Es batu, serut ………………………………………. secukupnya
  • Alpukat ……………………………………………….. 300 gram
  • Strawberry ………………………………………….. 150 gram
  • Jelly jeruk …………………………………………… 200 gram
  • Sirop merah ………………………………………… 150 ml
  • Susu segar …………………………………………… 500 ml

Cara Membuat :

  1. Potong – potong semua bahan buah dan jelly lalu dinginkan dalam lemari es.
  2. Penyajian : Masukkan potongan buah dan jelly kedalam gelas saji
  3. Tambahkan susu dan sirop dan es serut, sajikan.
