Bahan :

  • Kacang merah kaleng………………………..225 gram
  • Santan……………………………………………..1.200 ml
  • Agar-agar bubuk……………………………….1 1/2 bungkus
  • Gula pasir…………………………………………225 gram
  • Garam………………………………………………1/2 sdt

Cara Membuat :

  1. Blender kasar kacang merah, santan,dan garam.
  2. Campur agar-agar dan gula pasir , aduk sebentar lalu masak hingga mendidih sambil diaduk-aduk.
  3. Angkat lalu tunag dalam loyang yang sudah disiapkan, dinginkan.
